Description

Aluminum 6063 sheet is an aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloying elements. 6063 aluminum sheet usually has good mechanical properties and can be heat treated and welded. The comprehensive performance requirements of aluminum alloy are far higher than industry standards. The strength of 6063 alloy is lower than that of 6061 alloy, and it has good extrusion, corrosion resistance and good surface treatment properties. 6063 belongs to the low alloying Al-Mg-Si series high plastic alloy. It has many valuable functions.

Performance:

(1) Heat treatment strengthened, high impact toughness, insensitive to defects. (2) It has excellent thermoplastic, can be extruded into a high-speed and complex structure, has a wide quenching temperature range and low quenching sensitivity. (3) Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, no tendency of stress corrosion cracking. Al-Mg-Si alloy is the only alloy that does not find stress corrosion cracking in heat-treated reinforced aluminum alloys. (4) After treatment, the surface of 6061 aluminum sheet is very smooth, easy to anodize and color.
